Veteran/Military Entrepreneur Certificate Program and Grant Program

St. Petersburg College and SCORE Pinellas County are proud to offer the  

Accelerated Entrepreneur Certificate Program 

for veterans, active military, and their immediate family members.

Are you thinking about starting a business, but wish you had more background in the fundamentals? Check out the Entrepreneur Certificate Program at St. Petersburg College! This is an alternative academic credential to a lengthier undergraduate or graduate degree program, and the coursework is compressed and focused on how to start and run your own business.

Interested in starting your own business, but not sure where to start?

You will learn how to start your business by:

  • Tapping the secret behind your big opportunity
  • Leading with your mission and values
  • Carving out a competitive advantage
  • Pivoting based on customer feedback
  • Demo-ing your offering
  • SMART marketing and sales
  • Top process checklists
  • Leading a team to delegate & grow
  • Generating healthy, stable returns

WHY: This FREE event will provide valuable advice and guidance on how to start your own business.

You will also have the opportunity to get connected with SCORE, a non-profit organization that provides FREE mentoring services to entrepreneurs.

WHO: Current and retired military members and their immediate family members are welcome to attend this event.

This certificate program is offered by St. Petersburg College in partnership with SCORE. Any veteran or active military from any branch of service and their immediate family members can participate in this certificate program.
